Shipping Policy
All Custom Order Clogs typically take 5 to 8 days to make.
We ship Fedex, UPS Flat Rate, or USPS Priority Mail, this typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You should expect your clogs to arrive in 3 weeks.

Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. The shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.

Shipping and collecting packages
All orders will be shipped with UPS or Fedex (for Denmark GLS). With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the UPS, Fedex, website respectively. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. During the registration of your MAGNAFIED shop account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the MAGNAFIED.COM shop. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery time / Made-to-order
All MAGNAFIED products is made-to-order that means we make your purchased product as soon as we receive the order, it can take up to 5 days to produce apparel and accessories products and Clogs and Sandals can take up to 14 days to make. We do not charge your creditcard before the order is leaving our warehouse. We aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers should expect to receive their goods within 20 days after receiving an order confirmation.


 Exchanges & Returns

The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following: The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer either a) loses his/her right to exercise a return or b) the customer will have to compensate for the decreased value of the good subject to inspection by MAGNAFIED. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the good, such as a shoe box for a pair of shoes and hence the same rules apply to this.

Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. MAGNAFIED will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 14 business days at the latest, after MAGNAFIED receives the returned products. Shipping will not be refunded.

Warranty
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on MAGNAFIED.COM . This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at info@magnafied.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.
