We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@magnafied.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a $35 return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return label and additional fees may apply and be withdrawn from the total refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
- If you wish to return your shoes, you have 14 days (from delivery date) to do so as long as they are in the same condition and quantity as when received.
- If the shoes have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, we may not accept the return.
- Returned shoes are checked and if the conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account or credit card. Note: fees on handmade-to-order items.
- If you wish to exchange your shoes for another size or style, we will create a UPS return label for you and exchange the shoes free of charge. One time.
- If you want a full refund, shipping costs will not be refunded. We can issue a UPS return label for 35$ cost for US and Canada, EU 15€ and DK 65 DKK that also will be deducted in the total refund amount. Please note that it’s $35 per pair (if you’re returning more than one pair, due to weight).
- Sale and promotional orders are final and not eligible for returns, but exceptions are possible for exchanges or store credit. Orders will be looked at individually.
- Packaging: It is very important that the shoes are packed and returned in their original box. If you choose to return in your own packaging please note that weight and dimensions fees might apply.
IMPORTANT NOTE: MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
- Made-to-order means that the shoes are not in stock and only commence production once you have placed an order. However in some circumstances some standard sizes might be held in stock. Feel free to ask prior to ordering.
- Cancel order: Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, the order can be cancelled immediately after for a partial refund. There will be a 20% production fee deducted from the refund total. This is because we immediately begin the process of making your order especially for you, and a lot of hands gets to work. Alternatively customers can cancel an order for a full store credit that is valid for 12 months of use. If a customer originally purchased the order using a store credit, we will reissue the amount in a store credit only.
- Restocking fee on returned shoes: We will charge a 30% restocking fee on returned handmade-to-order shoes, naturally because the shoes were made especially for you and we take it in stock. There will be no restocking fee if you exchange for another size. You can do so free of charge, for one time only.
Warranty:
- We offer a warranty for 90 days from the original date of purchase for manufacturing faults only. That doesn't include Studio Sale products. In case of a manufacturing fault, we will first try to fix it - if the issue is non-fixable, we will then offer a new pair of shoes.
