Shipping, Rates & Return Policy

At MAGNAFIED, we want to make sure you have all the information you need when it comes to shipping, returns, and warranty. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping:

• We offer different shipping options depending on your country.
• In the USA, we use UPS Express for 24-48 hour delivery. Shipping is $8 or free for orders over $159 or free during promotion times.
• In Denmark, we offer free shipping with Postnord for 1-2 days delivery.
• In Canada, we use UPS Express for 24-48 hour delivery. Shipping is $15 or free for orders over $159.
• In the EU, UK, and Switzerland, we use UPS Express Saver or Fedex Priority for 1-2 day delivery. Shipping is €8 or free for orders over €150.

Delivery time:

• We pack and ship 98% of our orders within 12 hours.
• Our clogs are made-to-order, so it can take up to 8 business days to make them. On average, they are made within 1-3 days.
• We don't charge your credit card until the production have started for made to order products or its ready to ship and quality inspected by us.

Exchanges & Returns:

• If you wish to return the goods, you have 14 days to do so as long as they are in the same condition and quantity as when received.
• If the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, we may not accept the return.
• Returned goods are checked and if the conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account or credit card.
• If you wish to exchange your shoes for another size or style, we will create a UPS return label for you and exchange the item for free.
• If you want a full refund, shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Sale and promotional orders are final and not eligible for returns, but exceptions are possible for exchanges or store credit.

Warranty:

• We offer a warranty for 90 days from the original date of purchase for manufacturing faults only.
